The NDP opposition is calling for Don McMorris to resign.
The Indian Head-Milestone MLA and former deputy premier pleaded guilty to drinking and driving last week.
"I wish Mr. McMorris well and good health but he certainly should not be sitting as an MLA," NDP interim leader Trent Wotherspoon argued.
